Qigong is a dynamic combination of breathing, posture, movement, relaxation and concentration. 

Similar to the more commonly known Taiji, there is a large body of modern research documenting the extraordinary healing power of this ancient therapy.

Qigong connects you to the Universal Source of Life, the Primordial Breath, from which all things manifest. Breathing and Guiding, Qigong, promotes the harmonious function of a healthy Body, peaceful Mind and a Spirit who knows the Way.
